Note: This kit is designed to fit a vehicle with factory top overload springs. As shown in the picture above, a top overload spring sits above the factory leaf spring pack.
These additional leaf springs add support and sway control to your existing OEM suspension. Just bolt on SuperSprings over your existing factory springs, and they automatically work when you need them. As the factory spring flexes, a roller at each end of the beefy helper spring reacts to engage the helper spring and to provide extra support. The springs help to better distribute cargo weight throughout your existing suspension, channeling that weight to the points on the frame that are designed to support heavy loads.
Placing these leaf springs above your factory springs helps to keep your OEM springs from twisting, so the SuperSprings act like a sway bar, reducing the body roll that makes driving more difficult and dangerous. With these helper springs, driving is safer and easier when it's windy, when your vehicle is rocked by a passing semi, and when you are cornering. The springs help to reduce sway by up to 30 percent. SuperSprings also allow more wheel travel in the rear suspension when they are under load, so they maintain traction and ride comfort better than rubber or polyurethane bumpers. That means they're great for drivers who frequently tow.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit. Now, this is a custom fit part, this is designed to fit the 2019 and newer Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis trucks. Now, one note I do wanna mention on this is this is for Cab and Chassis trucks only, it's not to be used on pickup models, and it may be used on trucks that are equipped with a top overload spring. Now, this kit here will let you upgrade your rear suspension by installing these helper leaf springs above your vehicle's factory leaf springs, these will help reinforce your vehicle's rear suspension with the extra leaf springs that'll prevent sagging and help reduce sway by up to 30%. It'll work like sway bars to stabilize your OEM springs and keep them from twisting, which will help compensate for windy conditions, wind turbulence from semi trucks, and even weight shifts from cornering.
They do lift your truck when you're carrying a heavy load, prevent any bottoming out, and these do adjust automatically to your payload. Just wanna zoom in and show you on the ends here. They have these rollers on each end, and these will activate when the OEM springs flex under load and they'll deactivate when the OEM springs aren't under the load. And these can be customized, the shackles right here, if you noticed, has all the holes in it, these will attach to the SuperSprings, providing several options for installation. You can choose the setting when you put your bolt and roller through.
As the different settings, you can choose a setting that'll increase the load support ride height for constant heavy loads, or to compensate for minor spring fatigue in an older vehicle, you can set it to where it'll maintain the original factory ride conditions and minimize the effect on an unloaded ride quality and height, and then you can choose a medium setting that'll balance support height and ride comfort. And these do install easily. Basically, they'll bolt on above your existing factory springs with no drilling required. Now, for some models with the factory springs that sit above the axle, they do include these poly springing pads right here, this'll prevent shifting, they're a dense polyurethane pad, they seat between the top of the factory springs and the underside of the SuperSprings. And this kit does require no maintenance, or there's no tubing or air pressure to monitor just like air springs, and this will help extend the life of your brakes, tires, and factory suspension.
